Middle of Nowhere introduces us to Mark and Ryan, two life-long best friends on a road trip to a country music festival. After car trouble leaves them and three newly met girls stranded, a terrible storm forces them to seek shelter on the porch of a house in an empty field. Lured inside by strange noises and voices, the five of them will battle an ancient evil if they hope to escape alive.
