Richie Cox, Eric Sawyer, and Jimmy Goodman hang out watching MTV and playing Nintendo. Unknown to any of the friends, it would be the last night they spend together ever again. Two days later, one of them is missing and no suspects emerge. The two remaining friends make it their life mission to find the kidnapper. But the discovery may be the last thing they ever do.

This story idea came from growing up in the 80s where you played outside until the street lights came on. I have fond memories of hanging out in the den with friends, playing Atari (then Nintendo), watching the movies of the 80s--E.T., The Wraith, Jaws, The Goonie's.

I threw in several Easter eggs. Amwell is a famous town in the U.S. where another child kidnapping occurred. Check into it. I also reference "Mister Meaner". Perhaps a future work by yours truly will explain more about this mysterious person.
